Poniżej wyjątki z dwóch postów od Brada Wardella ze Stardocku na temat
nowego klienta.

> On September 16th, IBM executives will be meeting for the monthly IPMT
> meeting. At this meeting they are supposed to talk about the future of the
> OS/2 client and the feasibility of a client published by a third party.
> We are supposed to hear back later that day or on Friday (the 17th) about
> what decisions they come to.
> This means that we expect to be able to provide users with additional
> information as to the status of the OS/2 client whether from IBM or from a

> So stay tuned. The wait may be almost over. ;)

i jeszcze:

>> so Brad, who should we email lobby at IBM? Lou or some underlings?
>> regards
>I don't know if that would help either way. IBM is going to weigh the
>potential profits and other benefits against what sorts of liabilities and
>marketing message such a client would create.
>I can tell you that IBM has taken this pretty seriously. They've repeatedly
>flown people out to Stardock's Livonia offices for lengthy negotiations and
>discussions and we've been having weekly conference call meetings with
>regards to it. The IPMT meeting is the final hurdle.
>All we know is that there absolutely needs to be a new OS/2 client soon. 2
>days until the IPMT meeting..
>Brad

Tak więc chyba poczekamy na tego 17 i zobaczymy co będzie bo wygląda na
to że sprawa nowego klienta w końcu zmierza do zakończenia takiego czy
innego. ;-)
